Jego prawdziwe imię i nazwisko to Pawel Meller. Urodzil sie 12 marca 1985 roku w Toruniu i tam też mieszka. Jest artystą uznawanym przez wielu czołowych DJ i producentów.



W 2007 roku nawiązał współpracę z takimi artystami jak Manuel Le Saux, z którym współtworzył singiel "Sunny Day" oraz Aly & Fila, którzy sukcesywnie promują produkcje Paula Millera w swoich setach, a już niedługo całkowicie zajmą się promocją Paula i jego najnowszych produkcji - "Galaxy" i "Memories Of Love", które pojawią się w 2008 roku na vinylu w Offshore. Również Jon O'Bir zaproponował Paulowi współpracę z jednym z najważniejszych labeli w świecie Trance - Conspiracy.W Conspiracy zostanie wydany utwór "Crystal Source".
Spełnieniem marzeń Paula jest podpisanie kontraktu w prestiżowym labelu Recoverwolrd a bardziej znanym jako Discover. Nic dziwnego, że Paul w bardzo szybkim czasie wspiął się na szczyt sceny Trance. Pierwsze sukcesy przyszły z pierwszym singlem - wydanym wraz z Ronaldem De Foe "Jaarbeursem", w 2006 roku, wróżąc Paulowi świetlaną przyszłość. Wydarzenia roku 2007 udowodniły, że Paul może stać w jednym szeregu z najlepszymi! Support od takich gwiazd jak Paul Van Dyk (w którego setach można było usłyszeć "O.T." Millera), Armin Van Buuren ("Crystal Source" w 313 epizodzie i „Memories Of Love” prestiżowej audycji Armina - A State Of Trance), Jose Amnesia (zagrał "O.T." na Sunrise Festival 2007) oraz Aly & Fila, John O'Callaghan, John Askew, Jon O'Bir, Bobina, Sebastian Brandt, Kamil Polner, Manuel Le Saux, DJ Choose, Airbase, Tom Colontonio czy Markus Shossow, spełnił część jego artystycznych marzeń, jak również zapewnił stały przypływ zleceń na kolejne remixy (m.in. od Alexa Bartleta) - efekty tej współpracy już wkrótce (m.in. remixy: Sound Players "Thunderlight" i Energy Reflect vs. Paul Miller - "Ascend", oba stworzone we współpracy z uznanym już polskim producentem Afterwhite'm, a także Se.Ra.Phic - "Karinya", który to remix uznany został za hit jeszcze przed wydaniem)...
Wspomnienie roku 2007 to również powód do dumy z powodu pierwszego wydania vinylowego, a które to wydanie wciąż stanowi jeden z wyznaczników jakości muzyki. Mowa tu o singlu "Sunny Day" stworzonym przy współpracy z Manuelem Le Saux, a wydanym w uznanym labelu Drizzly Records.
